Cancellation Conditions
- More than 7 days notice is given, 50% of any deposit payments will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days your fee is transferable but not refundable.
- NOTE: If cancellation takes place the day prior to OR on the day of your trip the total cost of the trip will be forfeited and the full amount is payable.
- Full refund or full credit to an alternative trip of the same value will be given to you if we cancel your trip due to dangerous weather conditions or if we do not have a sufficient group number.
- Tentative bookings can be taken over the phone but the booking cannot be guaranteed until a deposit or full payment is received.
Trip departures are confirmed 2 days prior to the booking date due to variations in weather and river levels. It is recommended that clients purchase the appropriate travel insurance in case of cancellations.
Adventure activities are not without some inherent risk. All clients are required to sign a acknowledgement of risk form prior to departure. As long as you are physically active and mentally stable, you will be fine. We have taken many people from all walks of life and have an excellent safety record.
