David and I just wanted to say thank you again for making today's abseiling so enjoyable. We felt safe in the knowledge that you two knew what you were doing and throughout the whole experience Armando explained every step of the process and was an absolute delight to talk to as well.

Armando's kind encouragement helped us stay calm on our first run down. Please thank him also for us as we both agreed that the friendliness of you two helped make the day great.

It was a wonderful day for it and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.
